1996 in Atlanta, Georgia by William A. Miller. The firm is engaged in the specialized practice of
Real Estate Law with an emphasis on the representation of
regional and national lenders in residential and commercial
closings.
The Default
Practice Group represents lenders in foreclosures, bankruptcies,
loss mitigation, evictions, and REO sales. The firm
currently has three offices in the Metro Atlanta area to
