law firm of Miller & Gaines, P.C. was established
1996 in Atlanta, Georgia by William A. Miller and Carla B.
Gaines. The firm is engaged in the specialized practice of
Real Estate Law with an emphasis on the representation of
regional and national lenders in residential and commercial
closings.
The Default
Practice Group represents lenders in foreclosures, bankruptcies,
loss mitigation, evictions, and REO sales. The firm
currently has three offices in the Metro Atlanta area to
service client needs.
The partners of the firm are:
Carla B. Gaines Carla B. Gaines born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She attended the University of Tennessee where she received her B.S. degree in 1981; and her J.D. from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville School of Law in 1986.
William A. Miller born in Tallahassee, Florida. He attended Arizona State University where he received his B.S. degree in 1990; and his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in 1993.
